Candidate-related notifications
You’ll receive notifications when something changes for a candidate you’ve submitted.
Candidate unlocked
What it means
The buyer has opened and started reviewing the candidate’s full profile for the first time.
What you should do
No action is required. This is simply an indication that the candidate is actively being reviewed.
Assessment required for candidate (optional step for buyer)
What it means
The buyer has decided that the candidate should complete an assessment or test. The candidate will receive a test link directly.
What you should do
Check in with the candidate to ensure they’ve received the assessment and understand what’s expected.
Candidate assessment registered
What it means
The candidate’s assessment result has been registered in the system.
What you should do
No action is required. This indicates that the process is moving forward.
Background or reference checks required (optional step for buyer)
What it means
The buyer requires background and/or reference checks for the candidate.
What you should do
Prepare to perform the requested checks or provide the required documentation.

Meeting requested with candidate
What it means
The buyer wants to meet or interview the candidate. A booking link is sent from the platform to the candidate’s email address. Meetings are held online unless otherwise stated in the process.
You as a suppliers are not expected to attend candidate interviews.
What you should do
Check that the candidate has received the calendar invitation.
Only join the meeting if the buyer explicitly asks you to.
Contract created for assignment
What it means
The buyer has created a contract for the candidate. A separate email regarding the contract is sent to the relevant account manager at your organisation.
What you should do
Ensure the correct person internally is aware of and handles the contract email.
Support any internal steps needed to finalise the contract.
Candidate rejected
What it means
The buyer has decided not to proceed with the candidate. You’ll see a rejection reason and may also see an optional comment.
What you should do
Inform the candidate of the outcome. Use the feedback to improve future submissions. If relevant, submit another candidate who better matches the request.
Candidate marked as signed
What it means
The buyer has signed with the candidate and the process is complete.
What you should do
No action is required unless the buyer requests additional information.
The candidate can be considered successfully placed for this request.
Note: If a candidate has not been rejected, they are usually still in the process, even if you haven’t received a recent notification.
Request-related notifications
You’ll also receive notifications when the buyer request itself changes.
Request cancelled
What it means
The buyer has cancelled the request. You can no longer submit or manage candidates for it.
What you should do
Stop working on the request.
If appropriate, inform any involved candidates that the opportunity has been cancelled or paused.
Request reactivated
What it means
A previously cancelled request has been reactivated.
What you should do
Resume work on the request if it’s still relevant for you.
Review previously submitted candidates and decide whether to re-engage them or submit new ones.
Actions you can take
The actions below do not generate notifications, but they directly affect what the buyer sees.
Withdraw a candidate
What the buyer sees
The candidate is removed from the buyer’s view for that request.
When to use it
When the candidate is no longer available or should no longer be considered.
Edit candidate details
What the buyer sees
Updated information such as CV, rate, availability, or contact details.
When to use it
When you need to correct or update information to keep the candidate profile accurate and relevant.
Accurate, up-to-date profiles help buyers make faster decisions.
