When a buyer is evaluating a candidate you've submitted, they may have questions about experience, availability, references, or anything else that helps them make a decision. These follow-up questions come directly to your workspace in Fill, connected to the relevant candidate.

How follow-ups work

When a buyer sends a follow-up question, it appears as a message in your workspace linked to the specific candidate. You respond directly in Fill, and your answer is shared with the buyer organisation.

Why timely responses matter

Clear and prompt responses help buyers make decisions faster and reduce friction in the process. Even small clarifications can have a big impact on whether a candidate moves forward.
