When a buyer includes you in a request, you'll receive an email with a direct link. Submitting a proposal is how you present your candidate for their consideration β€” and you can submit multiple candidates per request, one at a time.

Finding the request

You can reach the request in a few ways:

  • Follow the link in the email notification you received

  • Navigate to Requests in the menu

  • Check your Dashboard, where the most important information for you is gathered

How to submit a proposal

Once you've opened the request, click the Add Candidate tab to start your proposal.

Information you'll need to provide

To help the buyer evaluate your candidate properly, you'll be asked to provide:

  • Candidate resume

  • Candidate name and email

  • Employment classification (used for LAS tracking by the buying organisation)

  • Location and work preference

  • Language(s)

  • Hourly rate

  • A description of the candidate

  • Whether the candidate is active in other processes

Providing accurate and complete information improves the chances of your candidate moving forward.

After submission

Once submitted, your proposal is shared with the buyer organisation. If updates or clarifications are needed, these are handled through Fill as part of the ongoing dialogue.
