Edit a published request

Account administrators can can now fix their own published consultant requests directly in Fill. No need to contact Fill Admin and wait for a typo, deadline, or budget change. Routine corrections go live instantly.

How to edit a published request

  1. Open the published consultant request you want to change.

  2. Click the ⋮ button in the to right corner, and select edit.

  3. Update the fields you need — deadline, description, budget, and more.

  4. Click Save. Your change goes live immediately.

Only Buyer Admins can edit submitted requests.

Notifying suppliers

  • When you save, you choose whether to notify invited suppliers by email.
    This is off by default.

  • You can add an optional message. The email is generic and links suppliers to the request's Activity tab.

  • Suppliers see changes attributed to your organisation's name — never an individual person's name — and only edits made from their invitation onward.

Full edit history

A new Activity tab on the request shows the complete edit history: the original submission plus every field change, including who changed it, when, and the before/after values.

Applies to Interim (consultant only) requests.
