Duplicating a request is a simple way to save time and keep consistency when you need to create a new request that is similar to one you’ve used before. Instead of starting from a blank form, the duplicated request carries over the structure, fields, and setup that you already know work well. This helps you avoid repetitive work and reduces the risk of missing important details.
Navigate to the Request list and find the request you want to duplicate.
Click on Action ⋮ and select Duplicate request. Now an exact copy of your request will appear in the list as a draft, ready for you to work on.
