Monthly consultant expiration digest

Expiring assignments are easy to lose track of when your consultant list grows. The longer they go unnoticed, the less time you have to plan extensions, replacements, or a clean offboarding.

The monthly consultant expiration digest is an automatic email that gives administrators a regular heads-up about consultants whose assignments are ending soon β€” so nothing slips through the cracks.

What you'll receive

On the first Monday of each month, every administrator in your organisation receives an email digest from Fill.

The digest tells you:

  • How many consultants have assignments ending within the next 60 days

  • A direct link to the consultants list, pre-filtered to those ending assignments

From there, you can dive straight into the relevant Consultant Cards and decide on next steps.

Why it matters

Knowing about expiring assignments early gives you room to act. With a month or two of warning, you can:

  • Plan extensions with the consultant and the supplier

  • Open a new request to find a replacement in time

  • Coordinate a smooth offboarding when the assignment ends as planned

The goal is fewer surprises at the end of a contract period β€” and more time to make the right call.

Setup

No setup or configuration is needed. The digest is sent automatically to all administrators in your organisation, every month.
