After an interview, you can document your evaluation directly on the Candidate Card. This helps your team stay aligned and keeps all decision-making context in one place.
Comments and ratings
Fill supports two ways of sharing feedback:
Comments for detailed, qualitative observations
Star ratings for a quick, structured assessment
You can use one or both, depending on how your team prefers to evaluate candidates.
Visibility and collaboration
All feedback is internal and only visible to users with access to the request. Candidates will never see comments or ratings. This allows your team to collaborate openly and make informed decisions together.
